Artigo 10. Arma de fogo de uso permitido é aquela cuja utilização é autorizada a pessoas físicas, bem como a pessoas jurídicas, de acordo com as normas do Comando do Exército e nas condições previstas na Lei no 10.826, de 2003.

Artigo 11. Arma de fogo de uso restrito é aquela de uso exclusivo das Forças Armadas, de instituições de segurança pública e de pessoas físicas e jurídicas habilitadas, devidamente autorizadas pelo Comando do Exército, de acordo com legislação específica.

Firearms - Definitions

Article 10. Permitted firearms are those whose use is authorised to individuals and legal persons, in accordance with standards of the Army Command and under conditions set out in Act 10.826, 2003.

Article 11. Restricted firearms are those for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces, state security institutions as well as individuals and legal persons authorised by the Army Command, in accordance to specific legislation.
