Para la solicitud de inscripción de armas permitidas se debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

a) Si el solicitante es una persona física deberá cumplir lo siguiente…

3) Adjuntar digitalmente al formulario electrónico de solicitud, el permiso de venta en el caso de que el arma haya sido adquirida en los negocios comerciales autorizados por el Departamento para la venta de armas permitidas.

4) Contar con un dictamen positivo de idoneidad mental para poseer armas de fuego. Dicho dictamen será expedido por un profesional en psicología. En caso que la persona física solicite la inscripción del arma para realizar funciones diferentes a la seguridad privada, el dictamen podrá ser expedido por un médico psiquiatra. La vigencia del dictamen será de dos años a partir de la fecha de su expedición.

5) Contar con el registro de huellas dactilares.

6) Aprobar el examen teórico - práctico que establezca la Dirección General.

7) En caso de ser una persona nacional debe contar con la cédula de identidad vigente, si se trata de una persona extranjera su condición migratoria debe ser residente permanente de libre condición vigente, este requisito se corrobora con la firma digital…
