Special restrictions upon holders of Firearm Dealer's Licences [Last amended by Act 2 of 2011]

23. (1) A holder of a Firearm Dealer's Licence1 shall not deal in firearms or ammunition elsewhere than at the place specified in his licence or in any amendment thereof.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) is liable—

(a) on summary conviction to a fine of three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for eighteen months; or
(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine of five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for three years.
