Artículo 27. Permiso de venta

Los establecimientos comerciales autorizados para la venta de armas, están obligados a solicitar al Departamento mediante el formulario disponible en el Sistema, la autorización para la venta de cada arma. Además de cumplir con los requisitos requeridos por la Ley y este reglamento para la compra del arma de fuego por parte del adquirente, el enajenante debe aportar una factura proforma del arma. El Departamento contará con quince días para pronunciarse sobre esta solicitud.

Article 27. Sales Permit

All businesses authorised for the sale of firearms must request from the Department an authorisation to sell each firearm through the form available in the System. In addition to complying with requirements of the Act and this regulation for the sale of firearms by the purchaser, the seller must provide a receipt for the firearm. The Department shall have fifteen days to decide upon the request.
