Luego de generar en el Sistema la solicitud ya sea para inscripción de armas de fuego permitidas, para su portación o la renovación de la portación, el Sistema mediante interoperabilidad con el Archivo Judicial del Poder Judicial requerirá los antecedentes del solicitante; los datos obtenidos serán agregados al expediente electrónico respectivo.

Article 34. Certificate of Criminal Records.

After submitting the application to register permitted firearms, to carry them or to renew the carrying permit, the System, together with the Judicial Archive of the Judicial Power, shall require the applicant to provide a certificate of his criminal records; the data obtained will be attached to the corresponding electronic document.
