Article 1. Free Zone Regime

No Free Zone Regime shall be granted to companies working on the manufacture or commerce of any type of firearms, permitted or prohibited, or on the manufacture or commerce of ammunition, their components, assembled and unassembled parts for the exclusive use of the military industry.
