Section 3. Section 7 replaced

Section 7 of the principal Ordinance [Firearms Ordinance, Chapter 126, 1957] is replaced as follows:

7. Penalty for trading as a firearm or air gun dealer without a licence

(1) A person who deals in firearms or air guns or trades as a firearms dealer or as an air guns dealer either without having a licence so to do, or upon any premises other than those specified in his licence, commits an offence and is liable:

(a) on summary conviction to a fine of not less than fifty-five thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of not less than eight years or both; or
(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine of not less than eighty thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term of not less than fifteen years or both…
