Section 21. Persons of unsound mind

(1) No licence under this Ordinance shall be issued to or on behalf of a person of unsound mind and any licence so issued shall be null and void.

Young people not to be licensed

(2) It shall not be lawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to keep, carry or use any firearm, whether or not the name of any such young person is included in the licence.
