Article 83

Los que tengan permiso general, deberán rendir a la Secretaría un informe durante los diez primeros días de cada mes, respecto de las operaciones realizadas durante el mes anterior, en la forma siguiente:

I. Fabricantes y talleres de organización: producción terminada y ventas efectuadas, con anotación de los compradores. Cuando se trate de armas, se anotarán también las matrículas.

II. Comerciantes: operaciones de compra y de venta, anotando los nombres de los vendedores y de los compradores.

III. Otras actividades diversas a las señaladas en los párrafos anteriores: sobre los movimientos efectuados.

Article 84

Quienes tengan permiso extraordinario, tendrán la misma obligación a que se refiere el artículo anterior, durante la vigencia de dicho permiso.

Article 83

Holders of a general permit must submit a report to the Secretariat within the first ten days of each month with respect to operations carried out during the previous month, in the following way:

I. Manufacturers and workshops: completed production and sales carried out, including details on the buyers. Regarding firearms, serial numbers must also be noted down.

II. Dealers: sale and purchase transactions, listing the names of the sellers and buyers.

III. Other activities different from those listed in previous paragraphs: on movements carried out.

Article 84

All holders of an extraordinary permit shall have the same obligation as referred to in the previous article, throughout the validity of such permit.
