Federal Act on Firearms and Explosives, as well as its Regulation; the Federal Penal Code; the General Customs Law, agreement through which the export of conventional firearms, their parts and components, dual-use goods, software and technologies which could be used to manufacture and spread conventional and mass-destruction weapons, is subject to the requirement of a prior permit issued by the Secretary for the Economy, published in the Official Diary of the Federation on June 16 of 2011 and its reform, on December 13, 2011.
