Article R. 317-5

Any individual purchasing or possessing more than ten magazines per firearm in violation of the quota fixed in Article R. 312-45,1 with respect to the transitional period mentioned in Article 57 of Decree No. 2013-700 of July 30, 2013, is punishable with a fine for offences of the 4th class.
