Des dérogations aux dispositions des deuxième à quatrième alinéas de l'article R. 315-131 peuvent être accordées par le ministre de la défense pour les expéditions d'armes transférées au sens du chapitre VI, importées ou exportées, après avis du ministère de l'intérieur et, s'il y a lieu, d'autres ministères intéressés. Les décisions accordant ces dérogations peuvent imposer des mesures de sécurité renforcées à la charge des bénéficiaires.

Article R. 315-14

Exemptions to the provisions of the second to the fourth paragraphs of Article R. 315-131 may be granted by the Minister of Defence for shipments of firearms transferred as defined in Chapter VI, imported or exported, after notification to the Minister of the Interior and, if applicable, to other concerned ministries. The decisions granting these exemptions may impose tighter safety measures at the expense of the beneficiaries.
