Article R. 315-11

Les membres du personnel des entreprises mentionnées à l'article R. 312-38 agréées par le préfet peuvent, lorsque leur mission le justifie, être autorisés à porter les armes et munitions dont ils sont pourvus à l'extérieur des bâtiments et locaux de ces entreprises.

Les autorisations sont délivrées par le préfet du département où sont situés les lieux à surveiller. Elles sont révocables à tout moment par le préfet qui les a délivrées.

Article R. 315-11

Staff members of the companies referred to in II of Article R. 312-38, approved by the Prefect, may be authorised, when their work justifies it, to carry firearms and ammunition that were provided for them, outside the buildings and premises of the said companies.

The authorisations are issued by the Prefect of the district of the location of the places to watch. They may be revoked at any time by the Prefect who issued them.
