Article R. 314-7

Les locataires et les utilisateurs temporaires, tels qu'acteurs ou figurants, des armes mentionnées au 3° de l'article R. 314-5 sont tenus de prendre, pendant la durée de leur service, les mesures de sécurité adaptées aux nécessités du tournage, du spectacle ou de la représentation, en vue de se prémunir contre les vols.

Pour tout contrat de location, les entreprises propriétaires des armes doivent dresser un inventaire des armes qui sont remises, précisant les marques, modèles, calibres, numéros et catégories des armes utiles à leur identification. Cet inventaire est annexé au contrat de location.

Article R. 314-7

Renters and temporary users, such as actors or extras, of firearms, mentioned in 3° of I of Article R. 314-5, are required to take, when on duty, security measures tailored to the needs of the film, the show or the representation in order to prevent robbery.

For any rental contract, the companies, owners of the firearms, must keep an inventory of the rented firearms, specifying the brands, models, calibres, numbers and categories of the firearms. This inventory is attached to the rental contract.
