Paragraphe 2: Dépôt et instruction des demandes d'autorisation

Article R. 312-5

Les demandes d'autorisation sont accompagnées des pièces complémentaires suivantes:

1° Pour les autorisations mentionnées à l'article R. 312-38,1 note ou tout autre document justifiant l'obligation d'assurer la sécurité des biens ou le gardiennage des immeubles de l'entreprise;
2° Pour les autorisations mentionnées à l'article R. 312-26,2 déclaration écrite et signée attestant que les armes détenues, désignées par leurs marques, modèles, numéros de série et calibres, ont été rendues inaptes au tir des munitions à balle ou à grenaille…
4° Pour les autorisations mentionnées au 2° de l'article R. 312-40…3
b) Licence tamponnée par le médecin, en cours de validité, d'une fédération sportive ayant reçu, au titre de l'article L. 131-14 du code du sport, délégation du ministre chargé des sports pour la pratique du tir. Cette licence dispense de la production du certificat médical prévu à l'article L. 312-64 du présent code lorsque sa délivrance ou son renouvellement a nécessité la production d'un certificat médical datant de moins d'un an et mentionnant l'absence de contre-indication à la pratique du tir;
c) Avis favorable d'une fédération sportive ayant reçu, au titre de l'article L. 131-14 du code du sport, délégation du ministre chargé des sports pour la pratique du tir;
d) Pour les tireurs sportifs mineurs, preuve de la sélection en vue de concours internationaux;
e) Pour les mineurs, attestation de la personne qui exerce l'autorité parentale mentionnant que l'arme est détenue pour la pratique du tir sportif…
7° Pour les autorisations mentionnées à l'article R. 312-39…5
c) Attestation du suivi de la formation initiale aux règles de sécurité, de stockage et de manipulation de ces armes;
8° Pour les autorisations mentionnées à l'article R. 312-27:
a) Pour tous les demandeurs, un rapport sur les moyens de protection contre le vol ou les intrusions et sur les modalités de conservation du matériel, avec l'avis du préfet du département concerné, s'il diffère de celui du préfet délivrant l'autorisation…

Article R. 312-5

The following supporting documents are attached to the authorisation requests:

b) A valid licence stamped by a doctor of a sports federation that has received, under Article L. 131-14 of the Sports Code, delegation from the Minister in charge of Sports for the practice of shooting. This licence exempts [the applicant] from the production of a health certificate provided for in article L. 312-64 of the Internal Security Code, when its issuance or renewal has required the production of a health certificate less than a year old indicating the absence of contraindications to practice shooting;
c) A favourable opinion from a sports federation that has received, under Article L. 131-14 of the Sports Code, delegation from the Minister in charge of Sports for the practice of shooting;
d) For minors practising sports shooting, proof of selection for an international competition;
e) For minors, a certificate from the person exercising parental authority, mentioning that the firearm is owned for sports shooting…

7° For authorisations mentioned in Article R. 312-39…5
c) Proof that an initial training on security measures, storage and handling of these firearms has been undertaken;

8° For authorisations mentioned in Article R. 312-27:
a) For all applicants, a report on the means of protection against theft or intrusion and modalities for the storage of the materials, with an opinion of the Prefect of the concerned department, if this differs from that of the Prefect issuing the authorisation…
