Articulo 82. Transporte de Armas

Los comerciantes e importadores de armas de fuego deberán garantizar que cada transporte de armas debe ir acompañado de la documentación legal y autorización de traslado de la carga.

Los vehículos que transporten lotes de armas de fuego y municiones deben estar provistos de las condiciones mecánicas y de seguridad que se establecen en las normativas técnicas emitidas por la autoridad de aplicación.

Decree No. 28-2005, Regulation to the Special Act on the Control and Regulation of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials

Article 82. Transport of Firearms

Dealers and importers of firearms shall ensure that each transport of firearms must be accompanied by legal documents and authorisation for the transfer of the goods.

Vehicles transporting stocks of firearms and ammunition must be provided with the mechanical and security conditions established in the technical norms issued by the implementing authority.
