Articulo. 25 Clasificación de Licencias

De conformidad con la Ley y el presente Reglamento, las licencias se clasifican en las categorías siguientes:

I. Licencias de Uso Privado:
1. Licencia de protección personal
2. Licencia de cacería
3. Licencia de tiro deportivo
4. Licencia de colección
5. Licencia para cuido de inmuebles rurales

II. Licencia de Uso Comercial, la cual se sub clasifica de la forma siguiente:
1. Licencia para importadores y exportadores de armas de fuego y municiones;
2. Licencia para comercio de armas de fuego y municiones;
3. Licencia de armas de fuego para servicios de vigilancia;
4. Licencia para intermediarios de armas de fuego o municiones;
5. Licencia para polígonos;
6. Licencia para importación, o exportación o comercialización de sustancias o artefactos pirotécnicos;
7. Licencias para fabricación de sustancias o artefactos pirotécnicos;
8. Licencias para armerías y talleres de rellenado de cartuchos;
9. Licencia para entes públicos;
10. Licencia para importación o exportación o comercialización y usuarios de explosivos; y
11. Licencia para cacería con fines comerciales.

Decree No. 28-2005, Regulation to the Special Act on the Control and Regulation of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials

Article 25. Licence Classification

In accordance with the Act and the present Regulation, licences are classified in the following categories:

I. Private Use Licences:
1. Licence for Personal Protection
2. Licence for Hunting Purposes
3. Licence for Sports Shooting
4. Licence for Collection
5. Licence for the protection of rural buildings

II. Licence for Commercial Use, which is sub-classified as follows:
1. Licence for importers and exporters of firearms and ammunition
2. Licence for the commerce of firearms and ammunition
3. Firearm licence for surveillance services
4. Licence for brokers of firearms or ammunition
5. Licence for shooting rings
6. Licence for the import, or export or commerce of pyrotechnic substances or artefacts
7. Licence for the manufacture of pyrotechnic substances or artefacts
8. Licence for armouries and workshops dealing with the re-loading of cartridges
9. Licence for public entities
10. Licence for the import or export or commerce of explosive materials
11. Licence for hunting with commercial purposes
