Articulo 10. Registro Nacional

El Registro Nacional de Armas de Fuego, Municiones, Explosivos y Otros Materiales Relacionados es la dependencia donde se realizan todas las inscripciones que señala la Ley y su Reglamento, sean estas en materia de armas de fuego, explosivos o pirotécnicos.

El Registro cumple con el principio de publicidad registral a todas las personas naturales y jurídicas que tengan derecho a solicitarla y acata la inscripción de las anotaciones preventivas emitidas por los órganos judiciales.

Article 10. National Registry

The National Registry of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials is the body that carries out all registrations listed in the Act and its Regulation, in regard to firearms, explosives or pyrotechnic products.

The Registry complies with the principle of registration's disclosure to all individuals and legal persons who have the right to request or to consult records of preventive annotations issued by courts.
