Article L. 314-2

Une arme de catégorie B1 ne peut être cédée par un particulier à un autre que dans le cas où le cessionnaire est autorisé à la détenir dans les conditions fixées aux articles L. 312-12 3 4 5 6 7 à L. 312-4-3.8

Dans tous les cas, les transferts d'armes ou de munitions de la catégorie B sont opérés suivant des formes définies par décret en Conseil d'Etat.

Article L. 314-2

A firearm of category B1 may not be transferred from an individual to another unless the transferee is authorised to possess it under conditions set in Articles L. 312-12 3 4 5 6 7 to L. 312-4-3.8

In all cases, transfers of firearms or ammunition of category B are carried out under conditions set by Decree in State Council.
