Artículo 45. Actualización de documentos en el registro

Los propietarios de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados, quedan obligados a la actualización de los documentos en el Registro Nacional de Armas de Fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados, así como los cambios de propiedad, domicilio del propietario o del nuevo adquirente y las características físicas que identifican al arma de fuego. Para tal efecto dispondrán de un plazo no mayor de treinta días después de realizados los cambios.

Article 45. Update of Registered Documents

Owners of firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials are required to update their documents in the National Register of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Related Materials, as well as changes in ownership, the address of the owner or the [firearms'] new purchaser, and the physical characteristics that identify the firearm. For this purpose, they have a period not exceeding thirty days after making the changes.
