Artículo 22. Emisión de Licencias

La emisión de licencias para la importación, exportación, fabricación, comercialización, intermediación, tenencia y portación de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados es facultad de la Autoridad de Aplicación de la presente Ley y su Reglamento, quien emitirá los certificados correspondientes, de acuerdo a los requisitos establecidos por ley, sea para personas naturales o jurídicas.

El Reglamento de la presente Ley establecerá el procedimiento.

Article 22. Issuance of Licences

The Implementing Authority of this Act and its Regulation is in charge of issuing licences for the import, export, manufacture, commerce, brokering, possession and carrying of firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials. The authority shall issue corresponding certificates, according to the requirements established by law, whether for individuals or legal persons.

The procedure shall be established by the Regulation of this Act.
