Article 15. Unable to Acquire, Possess or Carry Firearms for Civilian Use

The acquisition, possession or carrying of firearms shall not be allowed to persons who are included in the following cases for the purposes and effects of this Act and its regulation:

1. Those persons under the age of 21, except in cases of citizens that join the Nicaraguan army, the National Police and the prison system and those who provide services as private security guards…
