Est puni de la peine d'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la 4e classe le fait pour toute personne de détenir plus de 500 munitions classées dans les 6°, 7° et 8° de la catégorie C1 ou dans le c du 1° de la catégorie D,2 sans détenir l'arme correspondante.

Decree No. 2013-700 of 30 July 2013 on the Implementation of the Act No. 2012-304 of 6 March 2012 on the Establishment of a Modern, Simplified and Preventive Control of Weapons

Article 170

Any individual possessing more than 500 rounds of ammunition listed under 6°, 7° and 8° of category C1 or in c) of 1° of category D,2 without [legally] possessing the corresponding firearm, is punishable with a fine for offences of the 4th class.
