Article 32

I. Les convoyeurs privés sont autorisés à acquérir et à détenir des armes et éléments d'arme dans les conditions et selon les modalités prévues par le décret n° 2000-376 du 28 avril 2000 relatif à la protection des transports de fonds susvisé.

II. Peuvent être autorisées à acquérir et à détenir des armes, munitions et éléments de la catégorie B1 ou C2 les entreprises qui se trouvent dans l'obligation d'assurer la sécurité de leurs biens ou le gardiennage de leurs immeubles.

Ces entreprises, sous leur responsabilité, remettent les armes et munitions acquises aux personnels qu'elles chargent d'assurer ces missions pendant le temps nécessaire à leur accomplissement. Le choix de ces personnels doit être agréé par le préfet.

Article 32

I. Private security guards are authorised to purchase or possess firearms and components of firearms under conditions provided for in the Decree No 2000-376 of April 28, 2000, on the Protection of transports of the aforementioned goods.

II. Companies that must ensure the security of their goods or the safe-keeping of their buildings may be authorised to purchase and possess firearms and components of firearms of category B1 or C.2

These companies, under their responsibility, must hand over the purchased firearms and ammunition to the staff in charge of these missions and during the necessary time for their accomplishment. The choice of the staff must be approved by the Prefect.
