Article 160

Lorsqu'une autorisation est accordée en application du II de l'article 159,¹ un exemplaire de cette autorisation accompagne les armes, les éléments d'arme, les munitions et les éléments de munition. Ce document doit être présenté à toute réquisition des autorités habilitées. A la réception, le destinataire inscrit sur les exemplaires de l'autorisation les quantités de biens livrés.

Article 160

When an authorisation is granted in application of II of Article 159,¹ a copy of this authorisation is attached to the firearms, components of firearms, ammunition and components of ammunition. This document must be presented whenever requested by competent authorities. On receipt, the recipient writes on the copies of the authorisation the quantity of delivered goods.
