Article 97

Le commerce de détail des armes, des munitions et de leurs éléments de la catégorie C,1 du 1° de la catégorie D2 et des a, b, c, h, i, j du 2° de la catégorie D est soumis à autorisation en application de l'article L. 313-33 du code de la sécurité intérieure.

La demande d'autorisation est présentée par le représentant légal de l'exploitant au préfet du département d'implantation de l'établissement. Elle indique l'identité et la qualité du représentant, l'adresse du local, la nature de l'activité et les catégories des armes et munitions ou de leurs éléments objet du commerce de détail.

Article 97

Retail trade of firearms, ammunition and their components of category D, of 1° of category D, and of a, b, c, h, i, j of 2° of category D, is subject to authorisation pursuant to Article L. 313-33of the Internal Security Code.

The application for an authorisation is submitted by the operator's legal representative to the Prefect of the location of the establishment. It mentions the identity and the quality of the representative, the address of the premises, the nature of the activity and the categories of firearms and ammunition, or their components, object of the retail trade.
