Artículo 129. Tenencia o portación de arma de fuego con número de registro alterado, borrado o no legalmente marcada por la DIGECAM

Comete el delito de tenencia o portación de arma de fuego con número de registro alterado o borrado, la persona que tenga o porte una o más armas en cualquiera de las condiciones mencionadas.

El responsable de este delito será sancionado con prisión de diez (10) a doce (12) años inconmutables y comiso de las armas.

Article 129. Possession or Carrying of Firearms with a Registration Number that Has Been Altered, Erased or Not Legally Marked by DIGECAM

Anyone possessing or carrying one or more firearms with altered or erased registration numbers commits an offence.

Perpetrators of this offence shall be punished with imprisonment of ten (10) to twelve (12) years and confiscation of their firearms.
