Article 17. Dealer Sales

Individuals or legal persons who wish to dedicate themselves to the sale of firearms and/or ammunition must meet the following requirements:

DIGECAM shall issue the corresponding licence once these requirements have been met, which shall be valid for five (5) years. Each renewal application must meet all requirements that are mentioned in this article.
