Article 1. Objective.

The present regulation aims to build upon the principles that were established in the Act on Firearms and Ammunition [of 2009], which regulates the possession, carrying, import, export, manufacture, commerce, donation, transfer, sale, storage, Customs clearance, transportation, trafficking and all services relating to firearms and ammunition.
