Articulo 56. Capacitación y Evaluación

La capacitación y evaluación sobre el uso de armas de fuego de uso civil constituye requisito obligatorio para toda persona que requiera obtener Licencia y Matricula de armas de fuego de uso civil.

La capacitación y evaluación sobre el uso de armas de fuego de uso civil será realizada y administrada por el IITCUP. El resultado de aprobación de la evaluación sobre el uso de armas de fuego de uso civil tendrá una vigencia de tres (3) anos.

Article 56. Training and Evaluation

Training and evaluation in the use of firearms for civil use constitutes a mandatory requirement for anyone wishing to obtain a licence and register firearms for civil use.

Training and evaluation of the use of firearms for civil use shall be carried out by IITCUP. The result of the evaluation's approval on the use of firearms for civil use shall be valid for three (3) years.
