Articulo 40. Registro e Inventarios

Las personas jurídicas bolivianas y extranjeras que realicen las actividades de importación, exportación, fabricación de armas de fuego, otras armas, municiones, explosivos y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados, así como usuarios y comercializadores de explosivos; deberán mantener un registro e inventario completo y actualizado de cada actividad y del movimiento correspondiente. Este inventario debe contener como mínimo la siguiente información:

1. Cantidad y características de ingreso, salida y saldo;
2. País de origen de la importación;
3. Cantidad de la pérdida por causa de accidentes, sustracciones o deterioros, si corresponde.

Supreme Decree No. 2175, Regulation of the Act No. 400 on the Control of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and other Related Materials

Article 40. Register and Inventories

Bolivian and foreign legal persons carrying out the import, export, manufacture of firearms, other weapons, ammunition, explosives and other related items and materials, as well as users and dealers of explosives; must keep a register and an inventory, complete and up-to-date, of each activity and corresponding transfer. Such inventory shall contain, at the very least, the following information:

1. Quantity and characteristics of the entry, exit and sale;
2. Country of origin of the import;
3. Quantity of loss due to accidents, diversions or damages, when applicable.
