Articulo 25. Requisitos

Para la obtención de la autorización de transporte o traslado interno, se presentará al Ministerio de Defensa lo siguiente:

1. Solicitud que deberá consignar la siguiente información:

a) Nombre, razón social o denominación;
b) Nombre y generales de ley del representante legal;
c) Características, cantidad y destino final de las armas de fuego, otras armas, municiones, explosivos y otros artefactos y materiales relacionados;
d) Ruta y/o itinerario de transporte o traslado;
e) Tipo de transporte y características del mismo (placa, matricula, color, marca y otros);
f) Nombre y generales de ley del o los choferes o tripulación…

Article 25. Requirements

The Ministry of Defence must be provided with the following in order to grant an authorisation for internal transport and transfer:

1. An application which includes the following information:

a) Name, legal status or designation;
b) Name and legal generalities of the legal representative;
c) Characteristics, quantity and final destination of the firearms, other weapons, ammunition, explosives and other related items and materials;
d) Route and/or itinerary for the transport or transfer;
e) Type of transport and its characteristics (plate number, enrolment number, color, brand and others);
f) Name and legal generalities of the driver or transport staff…
