Articulo 9. Responsables

El Registro General de Armas de Fuego, Municiones y Explosivos (REGAFME), está a cargo del Ministerio de Defensa.

El REGAFME está conformado por:

1. El Registro Clasificado de Armas de Fuego, Municiones y Explosivos de Uso Militar (REACUM), bajo dependencia del Ministerio de Defensa;
2. El Registro Clasificado de Armas de Fuego, Municiones y Explosivos de Uso Policial (REACUP), bajo dependencia del Ministerio de Gobierno, a través de la Policía Boliviana;
3. El Registro de Armas de Fuego y Municiones de Uso Civil (REAFUC), bajo dependencia del Ministerio de Gobierno, a través de la Policía Boliviana;
4. El Registro de las Empresas (REGEM), bajo dependencia del Ministerio de Defensa.

Article 9. Authorities

The Ministry of Defence is in charge of the General Register of Firearms, Ammunition and Explosives (REGAFME).

REGAFME is composed of:

1. The classified Register of firearms, ammunition and explosives for military use (REACUM), subordinate to the Ministry of Defence.
2. The classified Register of firearms, ammunition and explosives for police use (REACUP), subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior, through the Bolivian Police.
3. The Register of firearms and ammunition for civil use (REAFUC), subordinate to the Ministry of the Interior, through the Bolivian Police
4. The Register of companies (REGEM), subordinate to the Ministry of Defence.
