Artículo 80. Limites de Armas Registradas

Las personas naturales o jurídicas podrán inscribir hasta dos armas de uso permitido. Estas podrán ser inscritas para fines de defensa personal, seguridad y protección, caza, deporte, colección, u otro que la DGMN autorice.

Sin embargo, excepcionalmente por resolución fundada, la Dirección General podrá otorgar autorización para inscribir una mayor cantidad de armas de fuego, a personas debidamente calificadas que no sean deportistas, cazadores o coleccionistas.

Article 80. Limits of Registered Firearms

Individuals or legal persons may register up to two permitted firearms. Such firearms may be registered for personal defence, security and protection, hunting, sports, collection, or others authorised by the DGMN.

However, the General Directorate may also grant an authorisation to register a larger amount of firearms to individuals duly qualified other than athletes, hunters or collectors.
