Artículo 95. Entrega voluntaria de armas

Se concede un plazo de doce meses, contado a partir de la entrada en vigencia de esta Ley, para que sean entregadas voluntariamente a la Policía Nacional o a la gobernación las armas de fuego o municiones prohibidas por esta Ley.

Igual plazo se concede a las personas naturales o jurídicas que porten o posean armas sin la licencia correspondiente o que esté vencida para realizar el registro correspondiente.

Article 95. Voluntary Surrender of Firearms

Within twelve months of the entry into force of this Act, firearms or ammunition that are prohibited by this Act may be voluntarily surrendered to the National Police or to the government.

The same period is granted to individuals or legal persons who carry or possess firearms without the relevant licence, or with an expired licence, in order for them to complete the relevant registration.
