Artículo 90. Infracciones leves

Son infracciones leves1 2 a esta Ley:

1. Poseer municiones sin poseer arma registrada de ese calibre.
2. Ocultar a la autoridad competente el porte lícito de un arma de fuego al momento de realizar una inspección.
3. Portar arma de fuego sin llevar consigo la respectiva licencia vigente o tenerla vencida.
4. No atender o respetar los avisos y/o letreros prohibiendo el ingreso con armas de fuego a locales comerciales, oficinas u otros.

Article 90. Minor Offences

[The following are considered] minor offences1 2 under this Act:

1. To possess ammunition without possessing a registered firearm for this calibre.
2. To hide from the competent authority the illicit carrying of a firearm at the time of an inspection.
3. To carry a firearm without having the relevant valid licence or with an expired licence.
4. Not to respect warnings and/or signs prohibiting entry into shops, offices or other places while carrying firearms.
