Articulo 58. Cesión del arma de fuego

La DIASP podrá autorizar la cesión de armas de fuego exclusivamente a favor de los familiares hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad o al cónyuge del titular del correspondiente certificado de tenencia de armas de fuego, siempre que los beneficiarios de tal cesión vivan bajo el mismo techo que el cedente y satisfagan todos los requisitos que esta Ley exige para la expedición del certificado de tenencia de armas de fuego.

Article 58. Firearm Transfer

DIASP may authorise the transfer of firearms exclusively in favour of relatives to the fourth degree of consanguinity or second of affinity, or the spouse of the owner of the corresponding firearm possession certificate, provided that the transfer beneficiaries live under the same roof as the transferor and meet requirements set by this Act for the issuance of a firearm possession certificate.
