Article 31. Authorisation to Deliver

The seller must submit the documentation presented by the purchaser to DIASP, in order to verify that there are no impediments preventing the purchase of firearms by reason of law or of court order…

If there is no impediment and if all requirements set by this Act and its regulation have been met, DIASP shall issue to the seller an authorisation to deliver the sold firearm and the corresponding certificate for firearm possession.
