Los comerciantes distribuidores de armas de fuego, municiones, materiales relacionados, cartuchos, accesorios y artículos defensivos o armas no letales quedan obligados a remitir a la DIASP, dentro de los primeros cinco días hábiles de cada mes, un informe de ventas del mes anterior, con indicación del nombre y generales del comprador, incluido el número de certificado de tenencia o permiso de porte de armas, la descripción de los artículos vendidos y copia de las facturas de venta.

Article 28. Sales Report

Dealers of firearms, ammunition, related materials, cartridges, accessories and defence items or non-lethal weapons must submit to DIASP, within the first five business days of each month, a report of sales of the last month, indicating the name and general information of the purchaser, including the number of the possession certificate or of the permit to carry firearms, description of the sold items and copy of sales invoices.
