Queda prohibido a las personas naturales y jurídicas:

1. Portar o tener armas y elementos de guerra…
3. Portar o tener elementos, aparatos, equipos e instrumentos ofensivos o defensivos de uso exclusivamente militar no considerados armas de fuego, ni armas de destrucción masiva o que se asimilen o asemejen a estas.
4. Importar, fabricar, comercializar o instalar accesorios o realizar modificaciones a armas de uso particular, con objeto de silenciar las detonaciones producidas al dispararlas.
5. Coleccionar armas o elementos de guerra, aunque hayan sido desactivadas o se les hayan extraído una o más de sus partes para impedir su funcionamiento.
6. Modificar el mecanismo de disparo de un arma de uso particular, transformándola en arma de fuego automática, susceptible de disparar ráfagas o ametrallamiento.
7. Portar armas de fuego en cualquier lugar público o privado en donde esté expresamente prohibido su porte.

It is forbidden for individuals and legal persons to:
