Actualmente se tiene como procedimento dentro del registro las armas la toma de improntas de los números de series y de esta manera se tiene registros de las marcaciones de las armas. El Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas cuenta con el Sistema Nacional de Control de Armas (SINCOAR) en donde se mantiene el registro del marcaje de armas.

20.2 ¿Cuánto tiempo conserva el Estado o el Gobierno estos registros?

Por lo menos 10 años, no existe una disposición al respecto de mantener los archivos…

The current registration process of the Firearm Registry is to take the imprints of the serial numbers, thus keeping records of the firearm marks. The Joint Command of the Armed Forces counts with the National Arms Control System in which are kept the records of the firearm marking.

20.2. How long does the government keep such records?
