Artículo 6. Derechos

Los derechos amparados por las autorizaciones concedidas, serán intransferibles e inalienables, salvo que se efectúe el trámite correspondiente en los organismos establecidos por la Ley 17.798.

Estas autorizaciones se suspenderán, condicionarán o caducarán por el incumplimiento de las condiciones por las cuales fueron otorgadas, sin perjuicio de las acciones penales correspondientes.

Article 6. Rights

The rights bestowed by the authorities shall be non-transferable and inalienable, unless the corresponding procedure is carried out in institutions established by the Act No. 17.798.

Such authorisations shall be suspended, subject to conditions or shall expire upon the non-compliance with conditions for which they were granted, regardless of the corresponding penalties.
