Artículo 1.Objeto
El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto aplicar y complementar las disposiciones de la Ley N° 17.798 sobre Control de Armas y Elementos Similares.
Artículo 3. Armas sometidas a control
Quedan sometidos a este control :
a) Las armas de fuego, incluyendo sus partes, repuestos, piezas, dispositivos, implementos o accesorios que puedan ser acoplados a la misma, destinados a su funcionamiento o efectividad en el disparo, y todo artefacto, ingenio o dispositivo que permita lanzar municiones, objetos explosivos, balas, balines, perdigones y otros proyectiles, aprovechando la fuerza de la expansión de los gases de la pólvora, o cualquier compuesto químico, sea cual fuere su calibre, tipo, tamaño, forma o empleo a que se destinen…
d) Los cartuchos o municiones usados en armas o dispositivos y sus partes componentes. Para este efecto se considerarán partes componentes sujetas a control los fulminantes, la pólvora o cualquier compuesto químico empleado para la proyección de estos proyectiles…
g) Las fábricas, plantas, camiones fábricas, industrias o talleres, cuyas finalidades sean fabricar armas, explosivos o productos químicos sometidos a control y acondicionar o reparar material de uso bélico, armas o sus repuestos esenciales, proyectiles, misiles o cohetes, bombas, cartuchos y elementos lacrimógenos o de efecto fisiológico o cualquier otro ingenio o proyectil arrojadizo…

Article 1. Object
The aim of the present Regulation is to implement and complete the provisions of the Act No. 17.798, on the Control of Firearms and Other Elements.
Article 3. Firearms Subject to Control
The following items shall be placed under control:
a) Firearms, including their parts, spare parts, pieces, devices, tools or accessories that may be attached to the latter, intended for its shooting performance or effectiveness, and any other product or device allowing for the discharge of ammunition, explosive objects, bullets, birdshots, blank bullets and other projectiles, through the expansion of gunpowder gases or any other chemical mix, whatever their calibre, type, size, shape or use to which they are put…
d) Cartridges or ammunition used in firearms or devices and their components. Percussion caps, powder or any other chemical element used for the discharge of these projectiles shall be considered a component subject to control…
g) Manufacturers, factories, factory trucks, industries and workshops whose purpose is the manufacture of firearms, explosives and chemical products subject to control, and the repair of war materials, firearms or their essential spare parts, projectiles, missiles or rockets, bombs, cartridges and teargas or other gas with physiological effect or any other projectile…
j) Test facilities and shooting ranges concerning firearms, ammunition and permits issued in accordance with the Act…
