Artículo 2. Introdúcense las siguientes modificaciones en el Código Procesal Penal:

1) Modifícase el inciso primero del artículo 1551 en la siguiente forma:

a) Reemplázase, en la letra f), la expresión final ", y" por un punto y coma.
b) Sustitúyese, en la letra g), el punto aparte por la expresión ", y".
c) Incorpórase la siguiente letra h):

"h) La prohibición de poseer, tener o portar armas de fuego, municiones o cartuchos."…

Act No. 20.813 of 2015, Modifying Act 17.798 on Firearms Control and the Criminal Procedure Code

Article 2. The following modifications are introduced in the Criminal Procedure Code:

1) Paragraph one in Article 1551 is modified as follows:

a) In paragraph f), the final expression ', and' is replaced with a semi-colon.
b) In paragraph g), the full stop is substituted with the expression ', and'.
c) The following paragraph h) is added:

'h) The prohibition to possess, own or carry firearms, ammunition or cartridges.'…
