Resolución No. 161/2013 de fecha 4 de abril de 2013, por la que se reglamenta el artículo 50 (Tránsito internacional de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos, accesorios y afines) de la Ley de Armas, la cual en su parte resolutiva menciona:

Artículo 1 - Disponer, que para el traslado de materiales regulados por la Ley 4036/10, primeramente el interesado deberá contar con la autorización previa de la DIMABEL, la cual se solicitará con tres días de anticipación, debiendo la DIMABEL resolver la autorización en un plazo no mayor de 48 horas.

Resolution No. 161/2013 of April 4, 2013, which regulates article 50 (International transit of firearms, ammunition, explosives, and similar items) of the Firearms Act, mentions the following:
