Fabricación de armas de fuego

Al presente no existen emprendimiento autorizados de fabricación y/o ensamblado de armas de fuego y municiones, sin perjuicio de existir normativa que regula dicha posibilidad. Así, en caso de que se proceda en ese sentido, el fabricante que se autorizara a producir deberá detallar el tipo, cantidad de ármamento a ensamblar o fabricar, tiempo de duración, deberá acreditar la autorización del Gobierno respectivo cuando corresponda.

Manufacture of Firearms

At present, authorised manufacture and/or assembling of firearms and ammunition is not undertaken in the country, without prejudice to existing regulations governing this activity. Thus, if we continue in this direction, the authorised manufacturer must detail the type, number of firearms assembled or manufactured and the runtime. This must all be approved to the governing authority when appropriate.
