Tenencia no autorizada

Artículo 10. (Tenencia no autorizada) - El que fuera de las conductas previstas en el artículo precedente, y más allá del plazo previsto en el artículo 6o tuviere armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados sin la debida autorización, será castigado con una multa de 10 UR (diez unidades reajustables) a 1.000 UR (mil unidades reajustables).

Penalty - Unauthorised Possession

Article 10 (Unauthorised Possession) - The person(s) who have firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials without proper authorisation, who take part in what has been set out in article [9] and beyond the period provided for in article 6, shall be punished with a fine of 10 UR to 1,000 UR.
