Incautación de armas de fuego no autorizados

Artículo 2 (Incautación) - Las armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados que no hayan sido debidamente autorizados, serán incautados sin perjuicio de la aplicación de las normas administrativas y penales correspondientes.

Asimismo se dispondrá la incautación en forma inmediata en aquellos casos cuyo titular haya sido procesado por delitos cometidos con violencia o con intimidación contra las personas mediante el empleo de un arma de fuego o vinculados a violencia doméstica.

Seizure of Unauthorised Firearms

Article 2 (Seizure) - Firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials, which have not been duly authorised, shall be seized without prejudice to the application of administrative norms and corresponding penalties.

In addition, the seizure shall be immediately carried on in cases where the owner has been prosecuted for crimes committed using violence or intimidation against people while using a firearm or linked to domestic violence.
