Tenencia y porte de armas de fuego no autorizados

Artículo 1 (Tenencia y porte no autorizados) - Prohíbese la tenencia y porte de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados que no hayan sido debidamente autorizados por el Ministerio del Interior, por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional o por ambos, según corresponda.

El Poder Ejecutivo establecerá los tipos, características y requisitos que se deberán cumplir para autorizar la tenencia y porte de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados en poder de civiles, así como las sanciones previstas en esta ley por la tenencia no autorizada de las mismas…

Unauthorised Possession and Carrying of Firearms

Article 1 (Unauthorised possession and carrying) - Prohibits the possession and carrying of firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials that have not been duly authorised by the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of National Defence or both, as appropriate.
