Artículo 6 - Sustitúyese el artículo 365 del Código Penal, en la redacción dada por el artículo 216 de la Ley No 15.903, de 10 de noviembre de 1987 y con las modificaciones introducidas por el artículo 12 de la Ley No 16.088, de 25 de octubre de 1989 y por el artículo 87 de la Ley No 18.651, de 19 de febrero de 2010, por el siguiente:

"Artículo 365 - Será castigado con pena de 7 (siete) a 30 (treinta) días de prestación de trabajo comunitario:…

7. (Disparo de armas de fuego y de petardos en poblado) - El que dentro de poblado o en sitio público, o frecuentado, disparare armas de fuego, petardos u otros proyectiles, que causaren peligro o alarma.

Article 6 - Replacing article 365 of the Criminal Code, as amended by article 216 of Act No. 15.903 of November 10, 1987, and as amended by article 12 of Act No. 16.088 of October 25, 1989, and article 87 of Act No. 18.651 of February 19, 2010, by the following:

"Article 365 - [The following] Shall be punished by a term of 7 (seven) to 30 (thirty) days of community work:

7. (Shooting firearms and firecrackers in town) - Whether in town or public places, shooting firearms, firecrackers and other projectiles, which may cause danger or alarm.
